The average minimum weight of these birds is 2.5 Kg. We are happy to
joint any of the birds in your chosen box at no extra cost. The birds
will be jointed as 2 breasts and 2 legs for ducks and 2 breast, 2 thighs, 2 wings and 2 drumsticks for chicken. Please indicate your
requirements in your e-mail when ordering your produce.
