A slow growing
breed of chicken specially selected for their excellent flavour when
allowed to mature to twelve weeks of age.
This hybrid is
very active, taking full advantage of the grassy range provided. The
further three weeks at range certainly enhances the quality of the
bird. They are reared in the same way as the Free Range chicken and
fed the same additive free ration.
The rare
breeds used in this hybrid take us back in time to the breeds of the
past, Plymouth Rock and Cornish Game both feature to make this a
truly traditional chicken.
